"I've been in this area for 2 years and I'm glad I found Frans. I lived in the Portland area for 45 years so I'm familiar with good food and good service. This is my go to place. Great breakfast items and very good lunch menu. TRY IT!!"

"Would be 5 stars all around except for the small dining area. Food was excellent, and good prices. Service was prompt and the waitress kept checking frequently, even though she was very very busy. Would definitely recommend"

"Really good breakfast place. I got a hash omelette and raisin toast. It was good, exactly what I wanted, nothing fancy. My partner got eggs Benedict, they were really good, eggs were cook perfect. Coffee was adequate and the prices were great. If you're looking for a no frills place to grab a good reasonably priced breakfast this is one of my favorites."
